Aileen, is a fully qualified Reflexologist with a Level 5 Mastership in clinical reflexology, incorporating Anatomy, Physiology and Pathology and is based in North Essex. She was trained at the Reflexology Academy in London under the tuition of Hagar Basis who is one of the UKs leading reflexologists and a true inspiration.
Aileen has always loved reflexology and is fascinated by the science behind it. Having spent many years working in Human Resources, she gave up that career and followed her dream!
Aileen provides reflexology treatments for all and really enjoy seeing all of her clients. She makes sure you have a session completely tailored to you whatever your needs and lifestyle may be.
Aileen loves providing treatments for clients during pregnancy and reproductive health and is passionate about supporting those undergoing, or who have had, treatment for cancer. She is trained in adaptive reflexology for palliative care and strive to provide support with symptoms, pain management and general well-being to help achieve a better quality of life. Aileen trained in the award winning Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage (RLD) technique which is known for its effectiveness in reducing swelling associated with lymphoedema, often associated with breast cancer.
